Pay your deposit

A deposit of £1000 is required for all MSc courses. This will be deducted from your tuition fees when you register at the University.

Once you have accepted your offer you will be required to pay a deposit within six weeks from the date of your offer letter to secure your place on the course. The only exemption from this are students with confirmed sponsorship for the full value of their tuition fees, who will need to provide proof of their funding before being exempted. Please contact the MSc Admissions Team if you will be awarded sponsorship.

Please note failure to pay the deposit on time may result in an offer being withdrawn

You can pay by cheque, bank draft, online or by bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to ‘The University of Bath’. If you pay by bank transfer you will need to email the MSc Admissions Team to let them know you are paying in this way and include a scanned copy of the document from your bank confirming the transfer has taken place.

Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable except for cases where students fail to meet academic or English Language conditions of offer, or are unsuccessful in their visa application. In the case of other extenuating circumstances that are beyond students’ control, refunds may be granted, however these will be considered on a case by case basis, and awarded at the discretion of the School of Management. If requesting a refund please note that you will be required to provide documentary evidence in order to support this.

Once you have accepted your place via the Application Tracker and paid your course deposit, we will invite you to join our Facebook group so that you can meet your future classmates.
