Meeting offer conditions

Responding to your offer

You should aim to complete all conditions as soon as possible. Please check your Application Tracker account to see all the conditions of your offer and the documents required to meet them.

We will need you to upload scanned copies of your academic documents and your English Language certificates via your Application Tracker.  If you have fallen slightly short of your offer conditions, please contact the MSc Admissions Team.

Please note that this is a very busy time for the MSc Admissions Team and we will endeavour to process your documents as quickly as possible.

If you have accepted your place and paid the course deposit but would now like to request a deferral of your place to the following academic year, please contact the MSc Admissions Team. We are only able to defer a place on a course for a maximum of two years.

If you need a visa to study in the UK, you will need all your original documents during the visa application process.

Please check ‘My Enrolment Requirements’ box on your Application Tracker to see which documents you need to bring.
Please note that any English Language certificates required must be dated within two years of the start date of your course.
Failure to provide the required documentation will mean that you will be unable to register at the University of Bath.

Receiving your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number

If you are an international student requiring a visa to study in the UK, a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) will be produced once all conditions have been completed. We will send an email asking you to check that the information on your record is correct and asking you to upload a scan of your passport via your Application Tracker. Once produced, your CAS number will be available via your Application Tracker ‘Intray’.

Please note that the Admissions Office will start issuing CAS numbers to unconditional offer holders from mid-June onwards and it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive your CAS number.

When you have received your visa, you will need to upload a scan of it to your Application Tracker.
