Imaging and Photographic Unit
The Imaging and Photographic Unit aims to provide a dynamic and creative service to the University. We are able to cover most imaging and photographic needs, whether this be from PR or press coverage of your events, to records of specimens and laboratory equipment.
In addition we can offer a state-of-the-art digital service. Our professional SLR based digital equipment is essential for getting newsworthy events to the Web or newspapers quickly.
Our client base is wide and encompasses the whole University community from students to professors to the senior administration. We can provide high quality projection slides and PowerPoint presentations to illustrate lectures, seminars and general teaching sessions. Our archive of images extends from when the University was first created in 1966 right up to the present day. This excellent image library forms part of our website of online galleries where they can be viewed and ordered. We have many superb high quality images of the University, local and surrounding areas that may be used to illustrate brochures, prospectuses and other University publications.
