About us
Part of the marketing and communications department, we help teams and individuals at the University achieve more online through providing services across:
- strategic digital communications
- web content planning and development
- user-centred design
- technical and software development
- user testing
- statistical analysis.
What we're responsible for
We look after the University website and the people that maintain it. We're responsible for:
- designing, developing and maintaining the external website
- leading the development of the new internal staff website
- developing new initiatives to improve the student experience
- planning, writing, designing and building user-focused websites
- developing policies and strategies to underpin everything the University produces online
- delivering expert digital project management and marketing consultancy
- training all staff that create web content
- providing project support to departments, faculties and their staff
- running and maintaining support facilities like the online visual identity, wikis and blogs.
