How to request training
If you are a member of professional services (administrative departments):
- Complete the booking form
- If we approve you for training, we will then email you to confirm your place
If you are in an academic department, research group or centre:
Faculty Web Editors are responsible for assessing and approving training needs, handling requests and delivering the training:

We have specifically designed our courses around the type of web editing role you are most likely to perform.
Web Awareness and Web Writing
- Web Awareness and Web Writing - required for all new web editors, optional for existing web editors
Editing in the CMS
- Essentials - required for new contributors after completing the Web Awareness and Web Writing course.
- Intermediate - for department site editors and website managers.
- Advanced - for department site editors and website managers.
Dreamweaver training
One-to-one training may be given to certain web editors who use Dreamweaver for our website. Please discuss this with us by emailing web-support@bath.ac.uk.
