Mechanical Engineering graduate awarded Silver Medal for outstanding commercial success
Tim Morgan, a graduate from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, is amongst four entrepreneurs to receive the coveted Silver Medal from the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Tim graduated from the Department in 2007 with an MEng in Innovation and Engineering Design. His final year individual project focused on the need for an all-terrain wheelchair and led to him establishing the Mountain Trike Co in 2008.
The Royal Academy of Engineering awards the Silver Medal to British engineers in recognition of outstanding commercial success and for advancing engineering.
