Look out for the yellow T-shirts!

Meeting point

International welcome volunteers, wearing yellow T-shirts, will be waiting to meet you at the official meeting point in Terminal 3.

The meeting point is in the seated area in the arrivals hall (on the ground floor of the arrivals building).

Getting to Terminal 3

Fast, free transfers are available between Heathrow Airport's four terminals. Terminals 1 and 3 are a short walk from each other. Terminals 4 and 5 are served by free trains and buses.

Both the train and the bus will take you to Heathrow Central. It is then a short walk to the meeting point in Terminal 3.

Luggage allowance

Space on the coach is limited, so the luggage allowance per person is:

  • two medium suitcases OR one large suitcase
  • hand luggage (whatever hand luggage you had on the plane).

If you bring more than this, you will not be allowed on the coach and will have to arrange your own travel to Bath.
