Students put on a show Strictly for Charity

Students will be taking to the stage at the University of Bath on Saturday (28 November) to raise money for charity.

Strictly for Charity is a variety show of song and dance organised by the Bath branch of the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) group.

SIFE funds and supports economic opportunities for teams of students all over the world, including teaching.

Organiser Rebecca Phillips said: “We identify a need in the local Bath community, as well as internationally in countries such as Bolivia and India and aim to combat it with sustainable projects.

“The aim is to raise funds which can be invested into new and current SIFE Bath projects as well as raise awareness of SIFE in the Bath community.

“The show will consist of an eclectic mix of performances from the various performing arts societies at the University of Bath.”

Strictly for Charity will be held in the Arts Lecture Theatre at the University’s Claverton Campus, starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced at £5 (£3 concessions), are available from the Institute of Contemporary Interdisciplinary Arts (ICIA) Box Office on 01225 386777.
