University is now open as normal

The University of Bath is now open as normal.

There has been substantial gritting and clearing of snow, but, in the short term, some surfaces may still be slippery so please take care when coming onto campus.  Please also be alert for slippery, wet floor surfaces in the entrances to buildings.

All semester 1 examinations, which start on 18 January, are expected to take place as planned.

Catering and retail outlets and the Sports Training Village are now open as normal.

In the event of unexpectedly heavy snowfall and/or severe travel disruption in the future, a message will be posted by 7.30am if the University cannot function normally on any particular day.  This message will also be available by calling our severe weather phone line on 01225 383200.
