Taster sessions in online learning

Middle-managers aiming for promotion are being given the chance to try out a new online course at the University of Bath before enrolling.

The University’s Division for Lifelong Learning is holding two taster sessions for the Professional Skills Management Course which is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute.

This online course aims to develop management skills and increase chances of promotion.

The course uses flexible distance learning through the University’s virtual learning tool  ‘Moodle’.

The taster sessions are being held at the Claverton Campus on Wednesday 24 February between 6pm and 8pm, and on Saturday 27 February between 10am and 12noon.

Potential students will get the chance to meet the course leader Matt Jones, experience online learning, and meet current students.
