Further to our last update on 8 July 2010, we can now report on the outcome of the USS Trustee Board meeting held yesterday, Thursday 22 July.
The USS Trustee Board accepted the proposals put forward by the Joint Negotiating Committee.
The statement made by the Trustee Board, along with a summary of the proposals, is available on the USS website.
A consultation on the proposals will commence during September and will last for at least 60 days.
