The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) has announced the final configuration of units of assessment (UOAs) and the grouping of sub panels under main panels.
A call for nominations for sub-panel members has also now been issued. Nominations will be made by subject associations and other relevant bodies. The deadline for nominations for sub-panel members is 8 October 2010.
Sub-panel chairs will be recruited from individual applications supported by endorsements from subject associations and other relevant organisations. Further particulars and full details of how to apply have been published on the HEFCE site. The deadline for applications is 17 September 2010.
