We are expecting a couple of appearances on radio and television in the next few days:
- Channel 4 News have been on campus filming today. Presenter Jon Snow came to interview Paralympian Liz Johnson, who trains here, for a piece on tonight’s evening news bulletins.
- BBC Breakfast also did some filming here today for tomorrow morning’s programme. The TV crew were covering the Paralympic Training Camp that is taking place in the Sports Training Village this week.
- An interview with Dr Ian Walker (Psychology) is due to be broadcast on BBC Radio 4’s programme: More or Less at 1.30pm tomorrow (Friday). Ian will be discussing whether it really is safer to wear a helmet when cycling. (The programme will be repeated on Sunday at 8pm).
