HEFCE (Higher Education Funding Council for England) has announced the members of the expert panels for the Research Excellence Framework (REF).
Eight Professors from the University of Bath have been invited to serve as panel members across a range of disciplines:
- Matthew Davidson – Chemistry Panel (B8)
- John Toland – Chair of Mathematical Sciences Panel (B10)
- Chris Budd – Mathematical Sciences Panel (B10)
- Gary Hawley – Aeronautical, Mechanical, Chemical & Manufacturing Engineering Panel (B12)
- Tim Ibell – Civil and Construction Engineering Panel (B14)
- Andrew Plummer – General Engineering Panel (B15)
- Ian Tonks – Business and Management Studies Panel (C19)
- Jane Millar – Social Work and Social Policy Panel (C22)
