Short of time? Complete your Staff Survey bit by bit

Many thanks to all those who have already completed the Staff Survey 2011.

To date 1165 people have responded, which is the equivilent of 42 per cent of staff.

If you have difficulty finding time to complete the survey in one go, it's possible to do it bit by bit and you can keep coming back to the questionnaire as many times as you wish. Your responses are saved each time you exit the survey site, so you can pick up where you left off each time you rejoin the site. (You may need to allow 10 minutes before resuming completion of the survey.)

Frequently asked questions.

You should have already received an email invitation from Capita - the external consultants commissioned to deliver the survey; and last week they sent a reminder. The email contains a link to the survey website, together with a unique password for accessing it.

If you haven’t received your email or no longer have it, or if you have any problems accessing the site, you can contact the Capita Surveys & Research Unit on the Freephone Helpline on 0800 587 3115.

(Hard copies have been given to staff who do not have easy access to email.)

If you have any other queries, please contact Deborah Griffin, Human Resources Manager on ext 6542.

The survey is completely anonymous and is being undertaken in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Your reply will never be linked to you as an individual. At no time will the University be able, or indeed try, to access individual responses.

The survey will close on Monday 11 April 2011.

After the survey, Capita will analyse the results and prepare a report for the University’s Council. The results of the survey will also be shared with the whole University community.
