Staff Survey 2011: There's still time to have your say

There is still time for you to have your say on the issues that affect you in the workplace by completing the Staff Survey.

The survey provides an opportunity for staff in all areas of the University to share the positive things about working at the University and suggest what you would like to see improved in the future.

Many thanks to the 1,248 staff (45 per cent) who have already returned the completed survey.

If you haven't yet completed yours and are doing it online then you will have received an email reminder today inviting you to take part. The email provides you with a link to the website containing the survey and a unique password for accessing it.

Hard copies have been given to staff who do not have easy access to email.

If you have any problems completing the survey or accessing the site, you can contact the Capita Surveys & Research Unit on the Freephone Helpline on 0800 587 3115.

If you have any other queries, please contact Deborah Griffin, Human Resources Manager on ext 6542.

The survey is completely anonymous and is being carried out by external consultant, Capita. It is being undertaken in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Your reply will never be linked to you as an individual. At no time will the University be able, or indeed try, to access individual responses.

The survey will close on Monday 11 April 2011.

After the survey closes Capita will analyse the results and prepare a report for the University’s Council. The results of the survey will also be shared with the whole University community.
