We have now received feedback on the responses to the Staff Survey 2011 run by Capita. We have asked Capita to provide the results in various formats so we can make best use of the wealth of information that was collected.
The institution wide report and benchmark report have been presented to the Vice-Chancellor’s Group along with proposals to take forward dissemination and action planning.
These will be presented to Council on Thursday 30 June. We will make the institution wide report available to all staff following its consideration by Council.
There will be a phased release of the other results: departmental reports will be publicised to staff in July and August and the Equality and Diversity report and Health and Safety report will be considered by the relevant committees in November.
The response rate to the survey was 53 percent so, once again, thank you for taking the time to participate and make your views known.
