Managing change – Seeking success stories

Have you been through a change process recently that has some positive lessons we can all learn from?

A message from Dr Simon Inger, Head of Staff Development:

According to the Staff Survey, many staff feel that the University could be better at managing change, so we are working in various ways to enhance individual and collective skills across the institution.

A key part of this is to learn from the past, and to share success stories with colleagues. We already have some stories of changes that didn’t go particularly well, but we are keen to share the good practice that is going on out there.

Please let us know if you have a story of change, at any scale from an office move to a major restructuring, that contains lessons about things that were done well.

Please feel free to email me.

Many thanks.
