Student Services collect 150 gifts for homeless this Christmas

Staff in Student Services have thanked all those who donated gifts to their Christmas Appeal in aid of Bath charity Julian House.

Gifts included food, clothing, toiletries and magazines that will be distributed to homeless people in the area.

The appeal was run by Student Information Assistant Sue Jarvis and International Student Advice Manager Nicola Peacock.

Sue said: “The response to the appeal this year has been fantastic and we are delighted to be able to deliver almost 150 items to the Julian House Night Shelter.

“We are sure that this will make quite a difference.  We want to thank everyone for the kind gifts and generosity and wish you all a Merry Christmas.”
