Researchers from the University’s Tobacco Control Research Group have found that the tobacco product snus can still be purchased on the internet in the EU despite sales being illegal.

Scopus is an abstract and citation database from Elsevier which covers over 19,000 peer-reviewed journals, scientific web pages and data from five patent sources. The search interface is clear, easy to use and suitable for undergraduates. There are advanced search options that postgraduates and staff will find useful.

A workshop to examine approaches to mapping employability skills within undergraduate STEM programmes, and sharing good practice in meeting the demands of academic requirements and the needs of employers will be held on Thursday 16 February at the American Museum in Bath. ESRC 2012 media training dates announced
