The University is holding its second International Agents Conference from 28-30 November.
Twenty nine delegates have confirmed their attendance travelling to Bath from over 16 countries across the world, including: Jordan; Turkey; Vietnam; China; Korea; Taiwan; India; HK; Malaysia; Thailand; Japan; Nigeria; Colombia; Mexico; Brunei and Russia.
This year our international agents were responsible for more than five million pounds in international fee income from both MSc and undergraduate students. As our ‘eyes and ears’ across the world our agents are our partners and can advise staff on everything from the market potential for a programme overseas or the local education system, to an introduction to the services they provide to students and the University overseas.
This event showcases the University to our partners but is also a great opportunity for intelligence gathering without the need to fly the world.
The event is open to all staff at the University and everybody is most warmly invited to attend but particularly those involved in recruitment, admissions and marketing.
The International Office staff will be on hand to guide you and a brochure will be available so that staff can identify those they would most like to meet.
The event is being held on Wednesday 28 November between 4pm and 5pm in the Claverton Rooms.
