Bath academic contributes to new employee engagement toolkit

A new toolkit providing advice to organisations on employee engagement, featuring a chapter from Professor Veronica Hope-Hailey from the School of Management on engagement factors across different cultures, is now available to download for free.

The toolkit provides businesses with practical and theoretical advice from some of the country’s leading business thinkers on how to develop cultures that engage employees.

As well as Professor Hope-Hailey’s contribution, there are also articles on the role of line managers in employee engagement and the challenges associated with engaging senior leaders.

The toolkit is published by online HR publication HRZone, in association with engagement consultancy Great Place to Work.

You can download the toolkit here.
