From next month (August 2013) you will receive an email with a secure image of your payslip as well as your normal printed payslip.
The image is password protected, making it more secure than a printed payslip.
E-Slips also offers flexibility – you can decide which account the email is sent to, view past payslip images and email them or save them to a location of your choice using iTrent Employee Self Service (ESS).
The move will also help improve our sustainability by reducing the paper and equipment we use.
E-Slips are tried and tested and used extensively in other Universities.
Printed payslips will continue to be produced until January 2014, after which they will be phased out.
