Engaging with schools: A public engagement conversation

The Public Engagement Unit’s series of conversations based on engagement-related themes continues on Wednesday 5 March, 1.15 – 2.05pm in 1 East 3.6, with a discussion on how to engage with schools.

Led by Samuel Wenman (our Widening Participation Outreach Programmes Manager), the conversation will focus on how best to engage children and young people in, and with, research.

Experiences and top tips will be shared by a panel of researchers: Dr Janet Goodall (Department of Education); Dr Momna Hejmadi (Department of Biology & Biochemistry); and Ed Drewitt (Bristol Dinosaur Project).

There will be an opportunity for Q&As and for informal networking. Light refreshments will be provided.

To attend, please register.
