BBC Question Time comes to Bath

This Thursday BBC1’s Question Time will be broadcast from The Edge here on campus for the first time ever.

For those interested in watching the programme via livestream from The Edge, we have a limited number of spaces for students and staff available in The Weston Studio.

Please note: This is only available to students and staff and you will need to apply for this with your University email address. Question Time is filmed as live over two hours in advance of broadcast, so you will need to be in the Weston Studio from 8PM on Thursday.

To book your space please email edge-info@bath.ac.uk with BBCQT in the subject line and your name. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you haven’t heard by 1PM on Thursday 10 December unfortunately you haven’t got a ticket.

Topics undoubtedly likely to be discussed will include the continuation of air strikes over Syria, the weekend Tube stabbings in Leytonstone, as well as the response to widespread weekend flooding in the UK caused by Storm Desmond.

The BBC’s flagship debate programme, chaired by David Dimbleby, will feature an as yet unnamed panel of guests.

Please also note selection for the actual TV audience is decided by the BBC. Via the Question Time website you can still apply for this Thursday’s filming.

For all others, catch Question Time from the University of Bath this Thursday night, BBC1 at 10.35PM.
