Our next Staff Survey will be open from 14 March to 19 April.
The Survey is an opportunity for you to anonymously share your experience of working here – how you feel about working here, what works well and what could be improved.
As well as an opportunity to make a difference to your working life it’s a chance to make a difference to others.
For every Survey completed, the University will donate £1 to your choice from the following charities:
- Designability is a national charity consisting of engineering and design experts with a passion for creating life-changing assistive technologies to enhance people’s lives.
- Off the Record provides a range of free, confidential and independent services for children and young people that support the development of their emotional health and well-being.
- Julian House provides real opportunities and support to people wanting to move away from rough sleeping, ensuring people are enabled and empowered to build independent lives.
- Serve On is a humanitarian assistance and disaster response charity that supports domestic and international communities in times of need.
- The University of Bath Hardship Fund (UBHF) is a discretionary fund which provides assistance to students in financial difficulty.
