Staff Survey: Week one response rates

The Staff Survey 2016 opened just over a week ago and over 1,000 staff have already taken part. The department response rates have been published here.

The Survey is an opportunity for you to anonymously share your experience – how you feel about working here, what works well and what could be improved.

For every survey completed £1 goes to a local charity of your choice.

Anonymity and data security

The Survey is completely anonymous and the University will only look at the views expressed as part of a group – for example, job family, grade or department. The University will not be able to view the responses of any particular individual.

Data will never be available for less than 10 anonymised individuals and if you are part of a very small department, your results will be aggregated with others.

To ensure complete anonymity, the University is employing Capita, an external, independent survey provider that uses a range of processes to maintain anonymity and confidentiality. Capita adheres to the Market Research Code of Conduct and is registered under the Data Protection Act.
