Open day encourages interdisciplinary research

Researchers from the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering are holding a research open day to help generate interdisciplinary projects across the University.

Speakers from the department will outline their work through presentations and poster displays on Wednesday 16 November.

The aim is to help researchers from the department to build networks with researchers from other parts of the University with a view to developing future co-operations.

This kind of interdisciplinary research is becoming increasingly popular with the Research Councils and other funders.
