Local people are invited to attend a talk on the subject of global economies at the University of Bath on Thursday 6 November 2008 at 6.15pm (lecture theatre 8 West, 3.14).

The inaugural lecture, given by Professor Klaus Meyer from the University’s School of Management, is entitled The Context of Management: An Emerging Economy Perspective.

The lecture will look to reference emerging economies with Western markets and compare the challenges that each experience in terms of set-up and resources.

“This talk focuses on the entry strategies of multinational enterprises aiming to access local markets or establish global supply chains.”
