Placement students help launch Bath graduate recruitment drive

Two Bath students are helping to organise the latest graduate recruitment scheme on campus as part of their third year placement.

Innocent Drinks began offering placements to second and third year Business Administration students in 2007, and it is now targeting students at the University of Bath as part of its Grassroots graduate recruitment drive for 2008.

Eloise Martin and Toni Wilson have been working at Innocent Drink’s head offices in London since February 2008 and are helping to organise the company’s new recruitment drive in Bath - one of only four universities targeted for the company’s first graduate intake.

“Innocent Drinks is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, making it a really exciting place to work,” said Eloise.

Toni said: “The placement has given me exposure to an entrepreneurial and commercial environment and this will prove really valuable in my future career."

Around 60 per cent of University of Bath students either go on placement or study abroad as part of their course.

Grassroots is Innocent’s first graduate scheme and will offer five graduates the chance to work at the company.

Innocent will be on the Parade from 10.30am on Monday 10 March and will be giving a presentation in the Claverton Rooms at 6.30pm.
