From midnight on Thursday 13 April 2017, Library card activated doors that usually allow free access during office hours will revert to card access for entry.
The doors will remain this way until Wednesday 19 April when the University re-opens after the Easter period.

Warning: Bike thieves targeting secure shelters

Due to the commencement of building works for the Milner Building the rear of B, South, car park will be cordoned off on Wednesday 11 January.

If you rented a D-lock from the Uni for a returnable deposit of £15 in the previous scheme, Security can return your deposit if you do not wish to keep your lock under the new scheme. Deadline: 31 December 2016.

There is temporary parking for motorcycles opposite the west doors to 4ES.

University Security, along with support from B&NES Council, are encouraging staff and eligible students to get out of their cars and try cycling to work, with their electric cycle loan scheme.

To make sure your bike is as safe as possible please use a D lock to secure your bike, as they can not be cut through like other types of lock.
