Pharmacy & Pharmacology Biomedical Spectroscopy Centre is complete
With the arrival of a new Bruker micrOTOF Mass Spectrometer, the Pharmacy & Pharmacology Biomedical Spectroscopy Centre in 9 West is now fully operational.
Conference to mark opening of CEOS Bioimaging Suite
A day-long conference on the new and emerging opportunities in cellular imaging will be held next Wednesday when the Vice-Chancellor will formally open the new Bioimaging Suite in the Centre for Electron Optical Studies (CEOS).
Science Café: Renewable energy and climate change
The role that renewable energy sources could play in combating climate change will be discussed by Geoffrey Hammond (Mechanical Engineering) at the next Bath Science Café in The Raven pub in Queen's Street next Monday.
CARPP forges links with research centre for Leadership in Action at New York University
The School of Management's Centre for Action Research in Professional Practice (CARPP ) and the Research Center for Leadership in Action (RCLA) at the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University have recently formalised an ongoing collaboration arrangement.

Sophos Anti-Virus Upgrade
On 28 February Sophos will end support of Sophos Anti-Virus 4.xx and the Remote Update software.
All users (particularly those who have Sophos Anti-Virus installed at home) will therefore need to upgrade to the latest version of Sophos Anti-Virus before this time.
