This course is all about helping others to develop, empowering them to take responsibility and will feature techniques for giving effective, constructive feedback in ‘positive’ as well as ‘difficult’ situations.
Customer care for front desk & reception roles - Thursday 18 October
After attending this course, participants will know how to deal professionally and effectively with customers, however difficult they may be, and reduce their own stress levels at the same time.
Mental health first aid - Thursday 8 November
This course is aimed at all staff but particularly those who support students' well-being, and want to increase their knowledge, confidence and skills in dealing with mental health awareness and disorders.
