All staff are now able to securely view and update more of their personal details through the upgraded iTrent system over the web.
Change to wireless to improve performance - removal of 802.11b
As a measure to improve the speed of the wireless network and provide a better user experience, BUCS will be phasing out the slower 802.11b wireless standard at the end of Semester 1 (4 February 2012). After the transition is complete, only the faster 802.11g and n standards will be in use.
Effectiveness Review of Council – staff & students: We need your views!
Council, the governing body of the University, has recently commissioned a review of its effectiveness. It has been six years since the last review so it is important that students and staff let us know what they think. Deadline extended to 27 January.
