Corporate Plan – Framework for annual review of performance
Responsibility
The Office of Policy and Planning will provide an annual report to Council on progress towards the performance targets outlined in the University’s Corporate Plan.
Baseline data
2008-09 will be used as the baseline against which to measure performance.
Timing
The report will draw heavily on HESA data returns finalised each year in December.
Annual reports will therefore be made to the first meeting Senate and Council in each calendar year.
Content
Commentary on specific areas of performance, e.g. research, teaching, enterprise and international profile, will be signed off by the appropriate Pro-VC or Deputy VC.
