Process improvement

There are numerous projects currently taking place across the University to improve processes and systems. The Office of the Vice-President (Implementation) supports and maintains oversight of these projects.

Mark Ricketts, as Director of Process Improvement, works closely with staff involved in process review, providing project management guidance and support from the initial ideas stage, through to project completion.

Current Process Improvement Activities

The Working Group on Process Improvement chaired by Steve Egan, Vice-President (Implementation), oversees the implementation of effective process improvement across the University. The Working Group on Process Improvement identifies projects to be included in the annual programme of process review work.
 
Advice and support is also available for staff who are looking to improve processes in their own work area, including Process Improvement training and project management resources.
