Price Guide

Photography

To use existing photographs from image Library for unlimited use in print/web = £10 per image (third party use excluded. Price refers to internal users only. Other restrictions apply)

Event/Press and studio photography

• £70 for first hour. £50 for further hours.  (External clients please ask for a quote)
• £35 for quick, less than half hour jobs.

Post processing digital images = £35 per hour. Required after all shoots.

• All images will be supplied on a CD as low resolution suitable for upload onto web pages and high resolution images suitable for print.
• All images supplied as sRGB JPEG image files unless otherwise requested.
• Images will be delivered within 48-72hrs of end of shoot unless otherwise arranged.
• For large, extended shoots a web gallery will be provided for the client to view images and to select the images they wish to have processed from RAW files.

Please request a quote prior to a shoot being commissioned and arrange for an Agresso order to be raised.
Please note an additional charge applies for photography outside of normal working hours: 17:20 onwards and weekends.

Studio portraits          

• 1-3 people = £15 per head
• 4-6 people = £12.75 per head
• Groups of 7+  call 01225 385478 for rates
• Visa and Passport service including 16 prints = £25 per head

Prints upto A4 Gloss or Satin, above A4 Satin ONLY

Discounts (applies to copies of the same image only)

• Save 15% discount for 5 - 9 copies
• Save 20% discount for 10 - 24 copies
• Save 25% discount for 25 - 49 copies
• Save 30% discount for 50+ copies

Scanning

Due to the very manual nature of the scanners we use, we are unable to offer great discounts for quantity. However the scans we produce will be the best possible quality we can obtain from your originals and minor dust removal and corrections will be applied and included in, and reflected by, the price.
