Biography

Owain Staines completed a 5 years MPhys degree at the University of St Andrews in June 2009. In October 2009 he came down to Bath to start work on a PhD based around nonlinear photonics in silicon-on-insulator nanostructures with Dr. Dmitry Skryabin as his supervisor.
