Welcome Lucy D'Arcy-Young
The Department is pleased to welcome Lucy D'Arcy-Young into our Administration team, as our
Secretary for Undergraduate Programmes.
Lucy has worked at the University of Bath since 2005, she has worked for the Sports Training Village, the School for Health and the Registry prior to starting her new role as Undergraduate Programme Secretary in the Department of Physics.
For her role in Physics, she will be responding to student and staff queries, assisting the Directors of Undergraduate Studies and the Departmental Administrator with the administration of the undergraduate degree programmes, processing examination papers and coordinating the moderation process, in addition to preparing paperwork for the Board of Studies and Board of Examiners. She will also be producing transcripts and result letters, as well as producing web-based unit evaluations, programme questionnaires and producing numerical results for academic staff. Furthermore, she will be updating the departmental website, as well as updating the departmental Virtual Learning Environment website, Moodle.
