Expert comments on the swine flu outbreak - ITV

With the UK confirming two cases of swine flu and the World Health Organisation raising its alert level from three to four, concerns are growing about the potential for a flu pandemic following the initial outbreak in Mexico. Dr Andrew Watts, from the University's Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology, is developing new drug treatments for the flu virus that will block the virus if in the future it evolves resistance to other drugs. He talked to ITV's Westcountry Tonight programme about whether we should be worried about the swine flu outbreak.
