Anti-microbial burns dressing

Dr. Toby Jenkins of the Chemistry Department, University of Bath and Dr. Amber Young of Frenchay Hospital, Bristol have been collaborating on a new burns dressing project. Their burns dressing will detect bacterial toxins in a wound, alerting clinicians to infection. This will improve the treatment of burns, especially in paediatric burns cases.
