University of North Carolina joins prestigious Euromasters programme

We are delighted to announce that we have secured another international partner for our prestigious 'Euromasters' programme (MA Contemporary European Studies).

Students entering the two year master’s programme in 2014/5 will now have the opportunity to spend a semester studying at the world-class University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill opened its doors to students in 1795 as the nation’s first public university. It ranks among the world’s leading research universities and is a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities.

The University of North Carolina joins the following internationally renowned universities already participating in the Euromasters programme:

  • Freie Universität Berlin
  • Humboldt Universität zu Berlin
  • Sciences Po Paris
  • Univerzita Karlova v Praze
  • Università degli Studi di Siena
  • University of Washington (Seattle)

With an enthusiastic teaching team who are internationally renowned experts in their research fields, and a diverse programme of study, the two year master's programme is recognised throughout the EU and beyond, and offers an outstanding and unrivalled international learning experience. Students gain a broad comparative understanding of the European Union, US politics, policy and social evolution as well as specialist knowledge of key issues in the Euro-Atlantic area.
