I joined the Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies as a Teaching Fellow, having previously taught in the Department during my ESRC funded PhD, which explored how young people craft political identities during transitions to adulthood in the UK.

I hold a BA in Russian and Politics, an MA in International Politics and an MRes in Politics, from the University of Bath.

My research interests are in the generation of political subjectivities, direct democracy and anti-politics, and in innovative research methods.

I have a professional background in young politics and served as academic advisor to the European Youth Forum campaign for the Vote at 16.
