Contract opportunities

The following tender opportunities are part of the University of Bath’s eTendering programme run in conjunction with BIPS DELTA. Expressions of interest in these opportunities, further information and/or documents are available from Delta eSourcing.

To participate in a University of Bath tender you must first register on this site. If you are already registered you will not need to register again, simply use your existing username and password. Please note there is a password reminder link on the homepage.

To “express an interest” in an opportunity log in, go to your Response Manager and add the Access Code given (above) for the specific requirement.

Please ensure you carefully follow all instruction provided in Delta and pay particular attention to the deadline (time and date) for submitting your response(s). Failure to submit on time will result in exclusion from the tender. In particular please ensure that you allow plenty of time when responding if you have been asked to “upload” response documents.

For an Open Tender (procedure) all respondees meeting the deadline for expression of interest via Delta will be able to download our Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents.

For a Restricted Tender (Procedure) expressions of interest are by submission (in Delta) of responses to a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Selection of Tenderers will be based solely on the Selection criteria set out for the specific requirement (details of which can be found on the right under SELECT (PQQ).

If you experience any technical difficulties please contact the Delta eSourcing Helpdesk on call 0845 270 7050 or email Delta eSourcing.
