What is Evidence Based Practice?
Good decisions are informed decisions, based on robust evidence. Evidence Based Practice (EBP) relates to the use of scientific knowledge to inform what we do, and the ability to demonstrate how well we are doing it. Increasingly, resource allocations are made on the basis of the ability to demonstrate a strategic approach, delivery performance and impact.
