The Department of Psychology is coordinating an Advanced Training event on ‘Researching Digital Identities in Health Contexts’ for postgraduate students and staff on Thursday 10th March from 9.45am to 4.00pm in the University Graduate Centre. This is funded by the ESRC South West Doctoral Training Centre (SWDTC) and the Psychology Department here at Bath.

This FREE one-day seminar provides targeted advanced training on the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data in digital spaces, focusing on identity construction in health contexts. It brings together postgraduate students, early career researchers and established contributors to provide:

  • Advanced training on research methods for studying digital identities in health contexts;
  • A networking opportunity for academics working in this area;
  • A showcase of current research from the SWDTC, the GW4 group and other local Universities.

This free event is open to PhD students and research staff from all universities (not just the SWDTC). Please register online at: https://bathreg.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/rdhcseminar by the 26th February.
