If you are considering applying to study here then we encourage you to come along to our Undergraduate Open Day to find out more.
The next Open Day will be on 14 September 2013.
The timetable of events, as well as accommodation viewing and central talk times, can be found on the University Open Day page.
You can also get information about how to get here and staying overnight.
Department talks
Come to our Department talk on the day to find out more about our Psychology programmes - you will need to book to attend.
Talks are given by the Psychology Admissions Tutor.
Can't attend the talk?
If the talk is fully booked then email the Open Day team (opendays@bath.ac.uk) as we will try to help fit you in.
If you can not attend a talk there are still plenty of things for you to do on the Open Day so it’s still worth attending.
What do the talks cover?
- Introduction to the Psychology Department and the subject area
- Information on the programme content
- The type of work set throughout the programme
- Placements
- Admissions information
- Making an application stand out
There will be a question and answer session at the end of each talk.
Take part in an experiment

During the Open Day you can visit our Psychology labs and take part in some real research taking place (the experiment lasts approximately 30 minutes).
You will need to come to building 6 West between 10:00 and 16:00, and the experiment is open to all.
Information fair
During the information fair you will be able to pick up our department brochure. You can also find out about placement opportunities at the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences Placements stand.
Our staff will also be available to answer any questions you might have.
