IfOnly UX Product Design   

The IfOnly UX Product Design is a conference for exploring how user experience can guide the future of product design. 'ifOnly' is a concept and free smart phone app designed by the University of Bath which aims to highlight the practical problems that older and disabled people experience around the home.

Technological Advances to Managing Pain in Older Adults with Dementia

Low Carbon South West Business Breakfast: 'The Use of Neutral Materials in Low Carbon Building Technologies'

Based on the seven year collaboration between the University of Bath and Bristol based company ModCell Ltd in the development of prefabricated straw bale construction, speakers Prof. Pete Walker, Head of Civil Engineering at the University of Bath & Tim Mander, Director of Integral Engineering Design, will discuss local projects.

Application Surgeries

The Research Development and Collaborations (RD&C) team will be running 'Application Surgeries' to allow those applying for external research funding the opportunity for constructive feedback on any aspect of your planned research or knowledge transfer activities, and provide suggestions for a way forward to completion and submission. 

Surgeries will be run once a month and attendance is on a first come first served basis. Sessions are for one hour and documents for review should be submitted at least a week before the session date.
