Changes to Equipment Requests
Further to the notification of changes to Equipment requests within Research Council grant proposals, the corresponding system changes will now come into effect from 13 December 2011. This system development will require the closure of all current schemes / calls to be replaced by reconfigured versions.
Please note that, as a consequence, any applicants wishing to apply to EPSRC for funding should ensure that all documents created before 13 December 2011 are submitted before the 18 January 2012. Any documents created after 13 December 2011 will be done so in accordance with the system changes.
Given these changes, coupled with the fact that applicants will not be able to copy previous documents created against old schemes /call once the new process starts, the EPSRC advice is for applicants to save, elsewhere, any proposals in preparation and then cut and past this information into the post 13 December application. This will allow applicants to use the copy function within JeS for future applications.
