我们全家在瑞士采尔马特滑雪的美好回忆。妹妹艾莉站在最前边；她那天通过了滑雪三级考试，因而特别兴奋！

哥哥艾德特地请假一周与我们同游瑞士（他现在是芝加哥一家大公司的软件工程师 ），他的妻子（也就是我的嫂子）莉萨那几天正同她的管弦乐队在欧洲巡回演出，因此得以同我们相会。站在她身边的是我的父亲。他是我们中身体最棒的，因为他年轻时是专业运动员，现在依旧做着体育教练的工作。我的继母罗斯十年前同我的父亲结婚，她对滑雪兴趣不大。她宁愿散散步，然后拍一些工作上用的照片。（她是一个艺术家。）

我站在他们的左边，我身边的是我的姐姐艾玛。她戴的帽子是我给她的生日礼物！

我显然是家里滑雪滑得最快的！

Good memories of our family skiing holiday in Zermatt, Switzerland. My little sister, Ellie, is in the front on her own; she was especially excited that day as she had just passed her level 3 skiing test!

My big brother, Ed, had managed to get a week off from work to join us in Switzerland (he is now a software engineer, working for a big company in Chicago), his wife, my sister-in-law, Lisa, was actually touring Europe with her orchestra and joined us for a couple of days. Next to her is my father. He is the fittest of us all as he was a professional athlete in his youth and still works as a sports coach. My stepmother, Rose, who married my father ten years ago is not so keen on skiing. She would rather go for a walk and take some photos to use in her work (she is an artist).

I am standing on the left side of Emma, my elder sister. She is wearing the hat I gave her for her birthday!

I am obviously the fastest of the whole family!
